Our intention is to achieve global operations within specific sectors:
Aviation – Airports including aircraft hangers – Facilities Management, Architectural design/ Interior design, Structural engineering, Mechanical/Electrical consultancy services (this does include BMS) and Construction advisors (specifically in the area of cost management/quantity surveying and planning). We would like to be considered as sustainability advisors for this sector, we also provide IT services (the range of which is to be agreed).
Commercial Buildings/Broadcasting Centres – Facilities Management, interior designers (this may include some studio designing), Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying services, Mechanical/electrical consultancy service (this will include BMS- Building Management Systems), IT services, the range of which is to be agreed.
Hotels – International service (low rise/high rise) : Quantity Surveying/Cost management consultancy service. Architectural/Interior design consultancy service. Landscaping consultancy service, Planning, Mechanical/Electrical consultancy service, Structural Engineering Consultancy Service.
Dams (international consultancy service) : Quantity Surveying/Cost Management Consultancy Service, Planning, Structural Engineering Consultancy service.
- High spec speculative housing (design, consultants for construction, cost management and quantity surveying services) mainly in in the Mediterranean, West Indies, the Canary Islands and Turkey.
- International Luxury resorts in any country: Cost Management/quantity surveying services, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Architectural design, landscape/resort design services (master planning).
- International consultancy services for the purpose of new build shops and fit out of the same; this does include airports : Interior/Architectural design services, Quantity surveying/ cost management consultancy services, IT services (we will advise on the range of this service)
- International consultancy services for the purpose of new build offices (including commercial banks and investment banks), high rise and low rise. This does include Office fit-out : Cost Management/ Quantity Surveying services, Structural Engineering consultancy services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering services consultancy services, Architectural/Interior design services, landscaping consultancy services and IT services (we will advise on the range of this service).
- Data centres: Quantity Surveying/Cost Management services. Architectural/interior design services. Mechanical and Electrical Services, IT services (the range of which is to be agreed), Landscaping, Planning and Structural Engineering consultancy services.
